In the last two weeks have been rather absent from the blogosphere. Behind the scenes, at home, many days were punctuated by moments of discontent, of disappointments, setbacks, obstacles, troubles, small health problems and a lot of fatigue.
When they get these times I find myself in the kitchen cooking than usual because it relaxes me and helps me see life more positively. These biscuits are the last in order of time, a long list of desserts prepared for the joy of my two men. They are perfect for breakfast and liked them very much Andrea!
These Last Two Weeks Have Been very quiet for blogging. Behind the scenes, at home, many days were not good, with cranky moments, disappointments, mishaps, concerns, annoying health problems and a lot tiredness.
When these times come I often cook, because it helps me to relax and see everyday life more positively. These biscuits are the latest in a long line of baked sweets made during these days, to the delight of my husband and son. They're great for breakfast and Andrea likes them a lot!
Per circa 35 biscotti avete bisogno di:
135 gr. burro morbido
120 gr. zucchero
400 gr. farina 00
2 uova
