Getting Pregnant With Dvt

citrus and chocolate biscuits - Citrus and chocolate biscuits

In the last two weeks have been rather absent from the blogosphere. Behind the scenes, at home, many days were punctuated by moments of discontent, of disappointments, setbacks, obstacles, troubles, small health problems and a lot of fatigue.
When they get these times I find myself in the kitchen cooking than usual because it relaxes me and helps me see life more positively. These biscuits are the last in order of time, a long list of desserts prepared for the joy of my two men. They are perfect for breakfast and liked them very much Andrea!
These Last Two Weeks Have Been very quiet for blogging. Behind the scenes, at home, many days were not good, with cranky moments, disappointments, mishaps, concerns, annoying health problems and a lot tiredness.
When these times come I often cook, because it helps me to relax and see everyday life more positively. These biscuits are the latest in a long line of baked sweets made during these days, to the delight of my husband and son. They're great for breakfast and Andrea likes them a lot!

Per circa 35 biscotti avete bisogno di:
135 gr. burro morbido
120 gr. zucchero
400 gr. farina 00
2 uova

For about 35 biscuits you need:
135 gr. unsalted softened butter
120 gr. white sugar
400 gr. plain flour
2 eggs
2 teaspoon lemon zest grated
2 teaspoon orange zest grated
2 teaspoons of baking powder
3 tablespoons of dark chocolate drops or chopped chocolate

Set oven at 180 C degrees (about 350 F) - line two baking trays with baking paper.
Place in a large bowl eggs, sugar, butter, zests and mix well. Add flour, baking powder and chocolate. Mix together using your hands working into a stiff dough. Shape pieces of biscuit mixture into small balls. Place them onto the baking tray being sure to leave a fair gap between each one.
Place into the hot oven for 10-15 minutes or as soon as they begin to colour .
