Christmas in my house - Christmas at my house

San Francisco Gay Blog

the real truth is knowingly false and

Dear Mass,
also allow me to express myself on the moment of real pathos that runs through the Italian public life. All major
Observers have focused meticulous examination of the meaning and consequences of the parliamentary vote on Tuesday. Shiny and deep comments of Ferrara, Travaglio, felt, Romano. Etc. It is surprising, however, that few have found the only three truly major significance of the vote in the House on 14 December.
1. It is said that in Italy we are no longer children. False! The deputies are 133 (at 630). Of these three have traveled (even in a wheelchair) to vote the trust / mistrust in advanced state of pregnancy. Without
consider any further pregnancies less advanced and not made public, the House turns out to be niche excellence, at least in terms of birth rate.
2. It is said that Italy has no value to their traditions and roots. False! Italy's triumph in the age of electronics, the better the Parliament or politics, it remains firmly anchored to the abacus, the abacus indeed.
3. It is said that Italy, Rome and even the civil service embodied by Rome, is the quintessence of absenteeism. False! In the House, the vote on 14 December, they were well presented 628 deputies out of 630. Bulgarian percentages, one would have said at other times. And while this

Ornaments - Ornaments

In this time of year I like to consider myself a Santa's helper, as a laborious little elf who makes small gifts, often customized. This is the second dozen heart ornaments created in these days. A third is in progress...
I'm still in time to wish you a happy feast of the Immaculate Conception.

Women In Girdle Movies

IN THE SNOW - UNDER THE SNOW

Today is December 1st and it is snowing ... the best time to usher in the month of festivities with this project.
I wanted something warm, soft, fragrant, hardy, not too elaborate, made with materials that are easy to find, you could sew without being able to sew too, that you could paint very quickly and simply. Thus were born many Santas that smell like cinnamon. The powder blue is a shade that does not use very often, but "they" called this color in a loud voice and I, as I do every time I paint figures of any kind, I listened to their wishes ... volevano essere colorati di cartazucchero e nocciola, essere riscaldati dalla flanella e saper di cannella...
Eccoli quindi, semplicemente SOTTO LA NEVE .

Today is December 1st and it is snowing ...  the best time to welcome the holiday month with this project.

I wanted something warm, cosy, scented, soft, not too elaborate, unpretentious, made with materials found around the house or cheap supplies, that can be easily sewn and painted very quickly.  This gave rise to them!  So many Santas that smell of cinnamon.  The powder blue colour is a shade that I do not use very often, but "they" called this colour in a loud voice and, as I do every time I paint figures of any kind, I listened to their wishes ... they wanted  powder blue and light brown as their colours, to be heated by the smell of cinnamon to flannel and ...
Here They Are, just UNDER THE SNOW.

Getting Pregnant With Dvt

citrus and chocolate biscuits - Citrus and chocolate biscuits

In the last two weeks have been rather absent from the blogosphere. Behind the scenes, at home, many days were punctuated by moments of discontent, of disappointments, setbacks, obstacles, troubles, small health problems and a lot of fatigue.
When they get these times I find myself in the kitchen cooking than usual because it relaxes me and helps me see life more positively. These biscuits are the last in order of time, a long list of desserts prepared for the joy of my two men. They are perfect for breakfast and liked them very much Andrea!
These Last Two Weeks Have Been very quiet for blogging. Behind the scenes, at home, many days were not good, with cranky moments, disappointments, mishaps, concerns, annoying health problems and a lot tiredness.
When these times come I often cook, because it helps me to relax and see everyday life more positively. These biscuits are the latest in a long line of baked sweets made during these days, to the delight of my husband and son. They're great for breakfast and Andrea likes them a lot!

Per circa 35 biscotti avete bisogno di:
135 gr. burro morbido
120 gr. zucchero
400 gr. farina 00
2 uova

For about 35 biscuits you need:
135 gr. unsalted softened butter
120 gr. white sugar
400 gr. plain flour
2 eggs
2 teaspoon lemon zest grated
2 teaspoon orange zest grated
2 teaspoons of baking powder
3 tablespoons of dark chocolate drops or chopped chocolate

Set oven at 180 C degrees (about 350 F) - line two baking trays with baking paper.
Place in a large bowl eggs, sugar, butter, zests and mix well. Add flour, baking powder and chocolate. Mix together using your hands working into a stiff dough. Shape pieces of biscuit mixture into small balls. Place them onto the baking tray being sure to leave a fair gap between each one.
Place into the hot oven for 10-15 minutes or as soon as they begin to colour .

With this recipe I wish you all a good week!

Cute List Of Promises

MILLEIDEE - Milleidee MAGAZINE

With emotion announcement that the number just out of Milleidee found ample space for a signature to my kit Stitched Tales . This is from "The owlies alphabet" - "The Alphabet of owls", a very simple stitchery accompanying three-button-shaped owl paintings from me. I wanted to propose it in its original format, such as picture hanging, and in three variants just to show how a basic idea can be articulated not too complicated in other ways. That is how the decorations to cover a case, a notebook ad anelli e per creare un segnalibro.
I'm thrilled to tell you that one of my new stitchery kit "the owlies alphabet", from my new " Stitched Tales " collection, has been featured on the last issue of "Milleidee" an Italian craft magazine. It's a  stitchery pattern with three little owl shape buttons hand painted by me. It has been published in the original format, that's to say a framed stitchery, and in three other different ways just to show how a basic idea, not too complicated, can be developed into other uses. There are decorations to cover a pencil case, a notebook  and to create a bookmark. The peculiarity of the embroidery is the use of the "4103 - Harvest" skein by Weeks Dye Works threads,  whose nuances have gently moved all four works. I was not Expecting to see my owlies on the cover, I feel honored and grateful.

Flavour Metal Core Scooter Wheel

More gifts! Today there's a new package. At the end of summer, I participated for the first time in a swap. I liked it because the theme was the "color", ie 6 items that had to send the color selected by the partner assigned. I was paired with Lorraine , New Zealand resident in the UK.
Anyone who knows me even a little, you can imagine what my favorite colors: brown / maroon / burgundy and orange / rust ... you know ... the colors of autumn ...
Another Day gifts! Today I got a new package. At the end of summer I Took Part, for the first time, in a swap. I Did It Because The theme Was The "color", Meaning That We Had To send gifts of the 6 color selected by the partners. I was paired up with Lorraine, a very lovely lady kiwi living in England.
Anyone who knows me even a little, can imagine what my favorite colors are: maroon / burgundy and rusty orange ... you know ... fall colors ...
And this is what Lorraine has created for me
And this is what Lorraine has created for me
The photos do not do not do justice to all the work done by Lorraine. Each gift represents a letter of the word "COLOUR". So let's start with a beautiful and original crochet scarf with the letter C (English Crochet Curly Scarf), the letter O is represented by an adorable owl (Owl), for the letter L there is a fragrant Heart (Lavender heart), for the letter O original two potholders oven fan-shaped (Oven mits). In the letter U is combined with a purse (Unusual purse) that you see only in the first picture because Andrea has decided to take him by his grandmother this afternoon! R as roses and specifically the beautiful roses Redouté (Roses book). The contents of the parcel is not done here: In addition there are also two pins, one by hook and the other in tweed fabric, because I love Lorraine knew that the pins of this kind, and also a gift for Andrew, with a nice copriborsa hot water bottle attached.
Lorraine was very generous and attentive to my gusti perché so che ha avuto difficoltà con i colori, ma soprattutto perché in questo periodo non sta molto bene.
Photos do not do justice to the presents received. Each gift represent a letter of the word "COLOUR" . So let's start with a beautiful and original C urly C rochet Scarf, O as an adorable o wl, L is for a sweet l avender scented heart, O for a couple of gorgeous fan-shaped o ven mits. The letter U is for an u nusual purse that you can see only in the first picture because my son has decided to take it with him to his grandmother this afternoon... R as r oses, or better, as the amazing Redouté's roses all in a book. But the content of the package is not done here: in addition there are two brooches, one crochet and the other in tweed, always handmade by Lorraine that knew I love this kind of accessory, and also a gift for Andrea, a hot water bottle felt cover with hot water bottle inside.
Lorraine has been so generous and kind because I know she struggled with my favourite colours, and mostly because she is not feeling very well during this time. The gifts received are therefore more precious.

Una vera sfida per me, che invece do not love him very much ...
Here's what I made for her: Her favorite color is
BLUE. A real challange for me because i do not love it very much ...
Here what I sent her.
C (chocolate) a little 'of chocolate treats - O (olives on fabric) fabric Provencal - L (Lorraine) carries a photo album because Lorraine has a passion for photography - O (oil lamp), an oil lamp miniature found in a flea market at the sea - U (useful treats) a clip rectangle of felt with painted for her long blonde hair and some scented cuddle a bag of satin, R (ribbons and sewing items) Lorraine is another passion of sewing, so I thought ribbons, buttons, paintings, needle holders with paper of needles, a pair of hinges .. . a whole world blue!
C as c hocolate ... no other words to say - O or lives on fabric - L as L orraine, even hand-painted photo album Because She has a passion for photography - O thumbnails or found the lamp at a flea market When I was at the seaside - U u seful treats: felt hair barrette with one of my buttons in the middle of it plus a blue satin bag full of scented body cream samples - R ribbons & sewing items ...
I have been really very lucky to have her as partner and to have had the opportunity to meet her world through her blog . Thanks Lorraine very much and thanks Lisa for having me paired up with her!
